OBJECTIVE
- The Architectural Thesis Showcase is a competition aimed at recognizing and celebrating outstanding architectural thesis from the academic year 2022-2023.
- The competition seeks to highlight innovative and thought-provoking designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of architectural principles, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of the field.

ELIGIBLITY
- Open to recent graduates and students who completed their architectural thesis during the academic year 2022-2023.
- Individual and group (max 4) submissions are welcome.

JUDGING CRITERIA
- Innovation and Creativity: The extent to which the design pushes boundaries and introduces innovative concepts.
- Conceptual Clarity: The clarity and coherence of the design concept and its representation.
- Contextual Sensitivity: How well the design responds to and integrates with its site and surroundings.
- Technical Proficiency: The level of technical expertise demonstrated in the execution of the design.
- Communication: The effectiveness of the presentation in conveying the project’s ideas.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Each college is allowed a maximum of one entry.
- Teams are limited to a maximum of four participants. The scale of drawings is flexible, provided it is in the metric system, and all drawings should be clear and legible.
- All text must be in English.
- Projects should utilize the decimal metric system and include a metric graphic scale for potential publication in reduced formats.
- The sheet format should clearly indicate the trophy’s name followed by the year, e.g., BIMBAM 2024.
- Soft copies (non-editable format) of the sheets, along with authentication and declaration letters, and any other required documents specified in the submission requirements, must be uploaded on the website by the submission deadline.
- Participants must provide the original copy of the Authentication Letter for each entry, signed by the HEAD OF THE DEPARTNMENT/DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL, stating the unit’s commitment to the final results and acknowledging that the entry is the property of both the institute.
- The Authentication Letter should include the participant(s) name(s) and the entry code if allotted.
- Colleges must provide the original copy of the Declaration Letter for each entry, signed by the participants, affirming the authenticity of the work, endorsing copyrights, and committing to comply with all rules, regulations, jury processes, and results.
- Registration, queries, and submissions should be made through the affiliated email ID.
Failure to adhere to any of the guidelines may result in disqualification,subject to the discretion of the executive council.

SUBMISSION FORMAT
- Participants are required to submit single pdf containing A2 sized sheets(min 06 to max 10).
- The sheets should be visually engaging, combining images, diagrams, and text to effectively communicate the key aspects of the thesis.
